The bright pink downward triangle is now a symbol of gay power and pride, but it was born from a dark period in LGBTQ history.

In the 1930’s Nazis forced people they labeled as gay to wear inverted pink triangles in concentration camps. It wasn’t until the 1970’s that activists reclaimed the brightly colored symbol, that is now worn proudly in the LGBTQ Community and by their allies.

For the Month of June, DEUCE will be donating 15% of all Pride shirt sales to The Out Foundation.

Hand dyed shirts with help from DEUCE student Neghar Fonooni. As an artist, her expertise creating custom designs for her business Salt and Sorcery helped bring individuality to each garment.
